Elliot | Director, Co-Founder / Product Buying Jedi

I look after where this business is heading and how well it gets there. Outside of work I'm with my wife and kids, and whatever is left of me belongs to sport. Up the Wahs, and go the All Blacks, Chiefs and Steamers. If you made me pick one place in the world it would be Fiji. It's a spot that means a great deal to my family, and while the tropical weather, the beaches and the crystal clear water don't hurt, it's the Fijian people who make it what it is.

Guy | Director, Co-Founder / Mr. Fix It!

I’m the Online Director here, so I’m in charge of all the crazy code stuff. I love that there is constant change in my role & everyday brings new challenges, no two days are ever the same - Computer not working? Try turning it off and on again! Outside the office, I love living in the Bay of Plenty & really enjoy getting out & exploring this slice of paradise we live in!

Naomi | The Only Smart One

They say behind every great man there's an even greater woman, and I'm more than happy to claim it. I run the finance side of the business, from cashflow through to month end, which in practice means that if anyone here wants to spend money it has to get past me first.

At home we've got two little girls who keep us busy with school sports and dancing, plus a labradoodle called Willow who doubles as the office dog and gets considerably more attention than she strictly needs.

I can't give you a single favourite place. Machu Picchu and the Grand Canyon were extraordinary and we were young enough to really feel it. But Fiji is the one we keep going back to, most recently a week on Plantation Island, because it's warm and easy and the girls love it every bit as much as we do.

Jamie | Man of Many Hats

I'm in charge of making sure things get done around here. From marketing and tech to operations and customer service, I keep pretty busy making sure the business runs, and runs efficiently. Outside work it's friends, family, rugby and golf, though I'll admit the golf is mainly for the pint at the end. Just don't ask me about sport. I'll happily play it, but watching doesn't interest me. My favourite place I've travelled is Japan. The culture and the food are second to none and I can't wait to find my way back.

Kaitlin | Head of Happiness

My job is to keep our Customer Happiness team running smoothly, take on the tricky stuff myself, and make sure every customer has a good run of it from checkout through to delivery and whatever comes after. Home is pretty full-on. There's a busy toddler and a very energetic golden retriever, so most of my time off happens outdoors, and a fair bit of it involves dancing to The Wiggles. The best place I've travelled is the Greek Islands. Sunshine, boat trips on crystal clear water, incredible food, and an adventure waiting round most corners.

Michael | Master of Dispatch

I keep the warehouse running smoothly and orders going out the door as fast as possbile. Outside work I'm usually fishing or out on the boat. Best place I've been is Spain, and I'll be honest, it was mostly the food.

Freya | Customer Happiness Fanatic

I look after customer queries and spend my days trying to make shopping with us a bit easier and a lot friendlier. Outside work you'll find me baking, out on a bush walk, or hoop dancing in the sun. The South Island has my heart. Milford Sound in particular is otherworldly, a breathtaking natural taonga, and I've yet to see a photo that does it justice.

Savannah | The Content Queen

I build our email campaigns and make sure everything that goes onto the website is accurate, which matters more than it sounds when you're dealing with thousands of products. Outside work I play tennis, do pilates, bake, and get through a lot of books. My favourite place I've travelled is Melbourne, mostly because that's where I got engaged. I haven't made it much further afield yet, but there's a list and I'm working through it.

Jack | Pick & Pack Pro

I'm the guy everyone wants picking their orders, so if yours turns up quickly and exactly as you ordered it, chances are that was me. Outside work I'm either with my family or out on the course, quietly working on becoming a pro golfer. The best place I've travelled is London. I lived and worked above a pub on the corner of Trafalgar Square, which meant there was always something going on about ten steps from my front door.

Jo | The Utility Back

I'm happy to jump in wherever I'm needed, whether that's shipping off your suitcases, taming the stationery cupboard, whipping up uniforms, or tackling whatever random mission lands on my desk that day. Outside work it's time with family and friends, and living in the Bay of Plenty means the coast and the trails are never far away. Barcelona is my favourite place I've travelled. The architecture, the sunshine, the food and the people all make it something special, and I'll be going back.
