These Terms and Conditions (together with our Delivery Policy, Returns Policy and Privacy Policy) govern the use of luggage.co.nz (the “Service”), including shopping and participation in promotions run by luggage.co.nz. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Shopping Terms

Purchasing from Luggage.co.nz

luggage.co.nz offers a secure, convenient and easy shopping experience.

Products displayed on the site can be purchased using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Afterpay (processed securely via Shopify Payments).

You may register as a member to enjoy exclusive benefits, including saved address details and promotional updates.

All orders are supplied by EverMe Limited (T/A luggage.co.nz) and are shipped from New Zealand.

After placing an order, you’ll receive an email acknowledging receipt. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase; acceptance occurs only once your order has been dispatched and you receive confirmation of shipment.

Ownership of products passes once full payment is received. Risk of loss or damage transfers upon delivery.

Charges on your bank statement will appear as “EverMe Limited.”

Pricing

All prices are shown in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST.

We reserve the right to adjust prices or delivery charges at any time. If pricing changes after you place an order, we’ll contact you before processing.

We are not liable for delays or non-performance due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g. courier delays, natural events, global supply chain issues).

Returns, Exchanges & Warranties

Our Returns Policy applies only while you are located in New Zealand. If you wish to make a claim while overseas, we can assist once you return to New Zealand or if applicable, we can ship a replacement to a New Zealand address only.

Unless faulty, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Standard return period: 100 days from delivery (products must be unused and in original packaging).

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once items are received and approved. Exchanges or store credit may also be offered.

Warranties

All products are covered by manufacturer warranties, valid in New Zealand.

Claims must be lodged with us while you are in New Zealand.

Promotions & Discounts

Each promotion has its own terms, displayed when active.

Promo codes cannot be used in combination unless stated otherwise.

Discounts apply only during the stated promotional period and may be withdrawn without notice.

Giveaways

Each giveaway has specific terms, available on the relevant campaign page.

Security & Payments

Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments.

All card details are encrypted and never stored by luggage.co.nz.

You can shop with confidence knowing your information is protected by SSL encryption and industry best practices.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day of purchase.

Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch rural deliveries may take longer.

We are not liable for courier delays once goods are dispatched.
