Here at Luggage.co.nz we strive to ensure the customer's journey to purchase is as seamless as possible. As we are an online only business, we do not have a retail store as such. However, if you do wish to have a look at a product, you can make an appointment to view the item/s you are interested in. This is by appointment only, please call 0800 300 091 to book a time to visit us.

If you decide to make a purchase whilst visiting, this will be done through our website so you will either need a debit card, credit card or Afterpay login. We cannot accept Cash or Eftpos.

With over 2000 SKU's and multiple warehouse locations, it is difficult to set up a showroom that showcases all our products. For this reason we ask for you to consider the following before visiting our showroom, which will hopefully speed up the process:

Directions to our Showroom:

We are situated in the new industrial area of Tauriko. 2/2 Matakokiri Drive.

If you are unfamiliar with this area, use the following guide:

- If you are using Google Maps, type 63WX+VJ Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty into the Search bar of Google Maps
- If you are using Apple Maps or in-built Car GPS, type in 2/2 Matakokiri Drive, Tauriko, Tauranga
- If neither of these work, try typing luggage.co.nz into the search bar of your Maps provider

If you are still stuck, follow the below instructions:

Head South out of the big roundabout at The Crossing (intersecting SH29, SH36, Takitimu Drive Toll Road) towards Pyes Pa and Rotorua

Turn right at the Kennedy Road roundabout

Our building is on the corner of the first roundabout, lefthand side opposite the Challenge petrol station
