Terms & Conditions - Monthly Competition (Limited to Existing Customers in New Zealand)

1. Eligibility:

1.1. The Monthly Competition ("Competition") is open to individuals who are located in New Zealand and have made a purchase with Luggage.co.nz.
1.2. Employees and immediate family members of EverMe Ltd are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry:

2.1. To enter the Competition, participants must be existing customers of Luggage.co.nz and leave a Google review within the designated competition period.
2.2. The name used in the Google review must match the name used in their order to enable us to match up their contact details.
2.3. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.
2.4. Participants must ensure that their Google review complies with the Google Terms of Service and Content Policies.

3. Winner Selection:

3.1. One winner will be randomly selected from the pool of eligible entries received during the specified monthly Competition period.
3.2. We will make reasonable efforts to match the selected winner's Google review with their customer order. If a match cannot be found, we will redraw until a matching entry is found.
3.3. The winner will be contacted via the email address provided in their order.
3.4. The winner will be drawn and notified within the first week of the following month.

4. Prize:

4.1. The prize for the Competition is a $100 Luggage.co.nz Gift Voucher that can be used on any items.
4.2. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
4.3. The winner must claim the prize within 12 months from the date of the initial contact. If the prize is not claimed within this period, it will be forfeited.

5. Publicity:

5.1. By entering the Competition, participants agree to allow Luggage.co.nz to use their names, likeness, and submitted content (Google review) for promotional and marketing purposes without any further compensation or consent.

6. General Conditions:

6.1. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Competition at any time without prior notice.
6.2. We are not responsible for any errors, omissions, or technical malfunctions that may occur in connection with the Competition.
6.3. By participating in the Competition, participants agree to release the organizers from any liability arising from or related to the Competition.
6.4. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising under or in connection with the Competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
