To be eligible for a full refund the items must be unused, unworn, undamaged and unmarked, and in its original box or packaging. You as the customer are responsible for shipping the item back to us at your cost. Size guide:
Airinum has two methods for determining size: The first uses your weight and the second measures from the point of your chin to your lower eyelid. If you get two different recommendations from the two methods, follow the eye-to-chin measurement. If you are on the borderline, choose the bigger size to ensure a better fit.
