Once dispatched, your order will typically arrive within 1-3 or 5-7 business days depending on which warehouse it is dispatched from (as set out on the product page). To be eligible for a full refund the items must be unused, unworn, undamaged and unmarked, and in its original box or packaging. You as the customer are responsible for shipping the item back to us at your cost. However, if you wish, we can organise for our courier company to pick the item back up and the freight cost will be deducted out of your refund.
