The team here at Luggage.co.nz believe that the most exciting part of purchasing online is the moment it arrives at your doorstep. Delivery of your new travel products are done with great care at luggage.co.nz.

Orders are processed during standard business hours (Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm) and will typically be dispatched within 1 business day of the order being placed. Once dispatched, your order will typically arrive within 1-3 or 5-7 business days depending on which warehouse it is dispatched from (as set out on the product page). Please allow an additional 2-3 days for all rural deliveries.

Some products have a longer delivery timeframe - the expected delivery time is set out on the product page underneath the Add to Cart button.

Orders made on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

RETURNS INFORMATION

WE UNDERSTAND THAT SOMETIMES A PRODUCT JUST ISN'T RIGHT

Luggage.co.nz allow you to return your order within 100 days of the date of purchase for a full refund.

To be eligible for a full refund the items must be unused, unworn, undamaged and unmarked, and in its original box or packaging. You as the customer are responsible for shipping the item back to us at your cost. However, if you wish, we can organise for our courier company to pick the item back up and the freight cost will be deducted out of your refund.
